Ridgecrest, a city near Bakersfield and the Sequoia National Forest in Kern County, was considered to be the most affordable place to buy property in California, according to a new analysis.
KTLA 5 News – Keeping Southern Californians informed since 1947.
Imagine buying a house in a town as “boring” as Ridgecrest for less than 250k/300k say you keep it there maybe use it as a getaway house for the weekends or some…. 5-7 years down the road you paid a good 30-50k, say the city grows in value (I said value) say your house grows a good 25-50k in value, you now have almost 100k in liquidity….
While some of us worry about how boring the town is, some of us find ways to grow more greens….
Ahhhh…. Food for thought 🙂
Ridgecrest is an awful place to live. It’s hot as hell and in the middle of nowhere. I lived there for 15 months. The best thing about the town is the people, but there is nothing to do in this town.
That’s because it’s a toxic super fund site with no local economy
Hahaha they got the zip code wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣 who’s does there’s research because they need to work harder 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😡😡😡😡😡 And your so wrong for getting rid of Mark 😡😡😡😡 he been there since the beginning. You better not get rid of the others who’s been there since the beginning too😡.
